Estate Sale Score

Matt and I stopped by an estate sale over the weekend in an old ranch house. The house was amazing and had some cool pieces, but way too expensive for us.

I did find six pairs of clip-on earrings which is perfect for me because that's the only kind I can wear. I made the poor youthful decision of stretched ears and even though I took them out three years ago and they have closed up substantially, I still can't wear regular earrings. So, clip ons are a perfect solution and there are great ones from the '50s and '60s with lots of pearls, beads and gold!

Welcome to Fox and Bear Vintage blog! I hope to post shop updates, outfit inspiration and other day-to-day things.

I've always loved vintage and have been collecting vintage since high school. I lived in New York City for three years and had the great experience of working at one of the premier vintage companies, What Goes Around Comes Around. I was immersed in some of the best vintage in the world.

When my husband and I moved back to my hometown in Colorado, I started doing my thrift store shopping rounds picking up mostly furniture and home-dec items for our new home. But after seeing some great clothing, I decided it was time to open up a shop and sell some of the finds.

I'm hoping to do some fun blog posts with the clothing I find and hope you find some great vintage pieces for your closet!
